Refund and Return Policy

Official Corporate Terms for Galapagos Islands Connectivity

At Galaferry, we ensure your mobility across the Galapagos Islands efficiently and safely. As a specialized ticketing agency, we act as professional intermediaries between passengers and maritime transport operators.

1. Booking and Availability Management

All reservations are subject to final confirmation. Due to local logistics and high demand, if your selected ferry is unavailable, our team will actively seek an alternative on a secondary ferry or the closest available departure time to minimize disruption to your itinerary.

2. Full Refunds for Lack of Availability

If we are unable to secure a space for you after exhausting all available alternative options (including secondary operators), Galaferry guarantees a 100% refund of the total amount paid.

Corporate Processing Time: Refunds will be executed within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment platform (WeTravel).

3. Cancellations and Modifications

Issued tickets are generally non-refundable in case of a “No Show” or voluntary cancellation by the passenger. In the event of cancellations due to severe weather conditions or mechanical failures by the operator, we will provide immediate assistance for relocation or execute a refund according to the operator’s specific terms.
