Once you make your reservation and complete the payment—whether by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer—you will automatically receive your digital ticket and payment confirmation directly in your email inbox. You can access and download this ticket at any time.
As soon as your booking is confirmed, our system immediately sends your complete reservation details to the ferry operators to secure your seats on board.
What to do on the day of departure:
Fast Check-In: You only need to present your digital ticket or your payment confirmation (see the example image below) on your phone, or simply check your name on the passenger list.
Official Lists: Before boarding, the captains and staff at each dock will have an official manifest with the names of all confirmed travelers.
Boarding Passes: If your reservation is confirmed, your name will be on the list, and the staff will provide your boarding pass directly at the dock.
Luggage & Boarding: After receiving your boarding pass, you can check your luggage and safely board the ferry for your trip. Make sure your bags comply with the Galápagos ferry luggage policy.
